Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Kolkata

On arrival at Kolkata Airport assistance & transfer to hotel (standard hotel check in time 12pm). Rest time for personal activities & relax. O/n at hotel.

Day 2: Kolkata

Breakfast at hotel. Breakfast at hotel. Full day city tour of Kolkata visiting Fort William, Victoria Memorial, Netaji Bhawan, Howrah Bridge, Dakshineswar Kali Temple & other landmark monuments of the city. O/n at hotel.

Day 3: Kolkata - Bagdogra (Flight)/ Darjeeling (75kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport to board flight for Bagdogra. On arrival transfer to Darjeeling check in at hotel. Darjeeling the Queen of Indias hills is a Victorian town of old world charm, surrounded by fragrant tea gardens. Rest time to relax and explore The Mall. O/n at hotel.

Day 4: Darjeeling

Breakfast at hotel. Early morning 4am pick up for visiting Tiger Hill view colorful sunrise over Mt. Kangchenjunga. On way back visit Ghoom Monastery & Batasia Loop. Later visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Ropeway view point, Tibetans Refuge Center (closed on Sunday), Happy valley Tea Garden (outer view) and Lioyed botanical garden. Enjoy toy train ride on Darjeeling Himalayan Railway. Visit a Tibetan village and Buddhist monasteries Chholing & Darli. Evening free to explore the market. O/n at hotel.

Day 5: Darjeeling - Pelling (72kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Pelling check in at hotel. Later visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins, Tashiding Monastery & Sanga Choeling Monastery. Also visit Rimbi water Falls. O/n at hotel.

Day 6: Pelling - Gangtok (130kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Gangtok via NH 31A passing through Temi, Taraku, Singtam, Rangpo & Ranipool. The journey is surrounded by lush green forests and Tea Gardens with eye catching picturesque view. On arrival check in at hotel. Later visit Do Drul Chorten, Himalayan Zoological Park, Directorate of Handicraft, Lal bazaar & The Mall. O/n at hotel.

Day 7: Gangtok

Breakfast at hotel. Excursion to Tsongo Lake a paradise for bird lovers. Next visit Rumtek Monastery, Bakthang Waterfall, Tashi Viewpoint & Enchey Monastery. O/n at hotel.

Day 8: Gangtok - Kalimpong - Bagdogra (60kms)/ Mumbai (Flight)

Breakfast at hotel. Later drive to Bagdogra enroute visit Kalimpong colonial-era buildings MacFarlane Memorial Church & Dr. Grahams Homes. Also visit Durpin Monastery, Deolo Park, Thongsa Gompa & Zong Dog Palri Fo-Brang Gompa. Continue drive to Bagdogra airport to board flight for Mumbai. On arrival transfer to hotel check in & o/n at hotel.

Day 9: Mumbai

Breakfast at hotel. Morning excursion to Elephant caves (Monday closed). Later city tour visiting CST, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan, Dhobhi Ghat & Kala Ghoda Art Precinct. O/n at hotel.

Day 10: Mumbai - Aurangabad (Flight)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport to board flight for Aurangabad. On arrival transfer to hotel. Excursion to visit Ellora Caves, Grishneshwar Temple & Daulatabad Fort. Also visit Bibi ka Maqbara, Panchakki & Aurangabad Caves. O/n at hotel.

Day 11: Aurangabad - Visit Ajanta Caves (200kms round)

Breakfast at hotel. Full day excursion to Ajanta which house 30 rock-cut cave from the 2nd century BCE to about 480 CE. Buddhist Caves with mesmerizing sculptures and paintings depict Buddhas life as well the lives of the Buddha in his previous births. Drive back to Aurangabad. O/n at hotel.

Day 12: Aurangabad - Hyderabad (Flight)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport to board flight for Hyderabad. On arrival transfer to hotel, check in. Rest time free for personal activities relax. O/n at hotel.

Day 13: Hyderabad

Breakfast at hotel. Explore 400 year-old metropolitan city teeming with bustling-bazaars & Muslim monuments. Visit Golconda Fort Complex, Qutubshahi Tombs, Charminar, Mecca Mosque, Salarjung Museum & Chowmohalla Palace. O/n at hotel.

Day 14: Hyderabad - Visit Warangal Unesco World Heritage Sites (300kms round)

Breakfast at hotel. Full day excursion to visit The Thousand Pillar Rudreswara Temple one of the fine and earliest available examples of Kakatiya art, Warangal fort built in 13th century and Kakatiya Kala Thoranam. Further drive to Ramappa Temple, this temple has been rightfully described as the “brightest star in the galaxy of medieval temples of the Deccan” a repository of Kakatiyan creative genius, with intricate carvings adorning the walls, pillars and ceilings of this marvellous edifice. Drive back to Hyderabad for o/n at hotel.

Day 15: Hyderabad - Hampi (flight)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport to board flight for Vijayanagar. On arrival at transfer to hotel in Hampi. Rest time free & easy to relax. O/n at hotel.

Day 16: Hampi

Breakfast at hotel. City tour of Hampi an UNESCO world Heritage sites dotted with numerous ruined temple complexes from the Vijayanagara Empire. Visit Hazara Rama Temple, Kings Balance, Mahanavami Dibba, Royal enclosures, Statue of Ugra Narasimha Temple, Virupaksha Temple, Vithala And Lotus Mahal, Vithala Temple Complex and ASI Museum. Day 17: Hampi - Lakkundi - Gadag - Badami (150kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Badami via visiting Trikuteshwara & few ruined Temples in Gadag. And Mallikarjuna, Virabhadra, Manikeshwara, Nanneshwara, Lakshminarayana, Someshwara, Nilakanteshwara temples in Lakkundi. Continue drive to Badami check in at hotel. O/n at hotel.

Day 18: Badami, Aihole & Pattadakkal

Breakfast at hotel. Excursion to visit Aihole a historical site & home to over 125 beautiful Chalukyan temples and monuments from 6th to 12th century. And Pattadakal a treasure trove of Hindu and Jain temples complex built-in 7th and 8th century CE. Return to Badami visit cave temples, Badami Fort and Agastya Lake. O/n at hotel.

Day 19: Badami - Goa (250kms)

Day 20: Goa

Visit Old Goa monument the Basilica of Bom Jesus, St. Cathedral, Church of Our Lady of Miracles, Church of our Lady of Rosary and Nunnery of St. Monica, The Aguada Fort and Portuguese lighthouse.
