Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Mumbai

On arrival at Mumbai airport, assistance and transfer to hotel. Mumbai is a vibrant metropolis, offering a mix of dazzling shopping arcades, exciting sports activities, lively nightclubs, theaters, and gourmet restaurants. Rest time for personal activities. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Mumbai

Breakfast at hotel. Stroll along Marine Drive, an iconic boulevard known as the "Queen's Necklace" for its beautifully lit view of the Arabian Sea. Visit the Gateway of India, a grand monument built to commemorate King George V and Queen Mary's visit in 1911. Day 3: Mumbai - Aurangabad

Day 4: Aurangabad

Breakfast at hotel. Excursion to visit Ajanta Caves, an exceptional collection of Buddhist rock-cut temples renowned for their elaborate paintings and sculptures that date from 200 BC to 650 AD. Note: Closed on Mondays. Admire the detailed frescoes in one of the caves, which vividly depict various episodes from the life of the Buddha and scenes from his previous lives. Explore a richly adorned Chaitya hall, characterized by its intricate carvings and well-preserved art, which offer a glimpse into ancient Buddhist architectural styles. View a colossal Buddha statue set against a backdrop of intricate carvings in another cave, showcasing the artistic mastery of the period. Day 5: Aurangabad - Delhi (flight)

Closed on Mondays. Visit Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, built by Shah Jahan with grand courtyards and impressive minarets. Day 6: Delhi - Agra - Delhi (200kms one way)

Explore Agra Fort, a massive red sandstone fort that served as the main residence of Mughal emperors until 1638. Day 7: Delhi - Srinagar (flight)

Day 8: Srinagar - Gulmarg (56kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Gulmarg. Explore Gulmarg, a scenic mountain resort known for its beauty and recreational options, including the highest green golf course and premier ski slopes. Take a Gondola ride to the majestic heights, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas and Pir Panjal ranges. If weather permits, enjoy views of Nanga Parbat from Gulmarg. Engage in optional activities such as golf, riding, hiking, or skiing, available at additional cost. Overnight at hotel.

Day 9: Gulmarg - Pahalgam (142kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Pahalgam. Visit the saffron fields known for their vibrant hues and significance in the region.
