Arrive at Mumbai airport and meet with our office executive for assistance. Transfer to the hotel (check-in time 12:00 PM, early check-in subject to room availability). Mumbai, a bustling metropolis, offers dazzling shopping arcades, exciting nightlife, gourmet restaurants, and interesting sightseeing opportunities. Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Marine Drive, a beautiful boulevard along the coastline known for its stunning sea views and vibrant atmosphere. Visit Elephanta Caves by cruising from Gateway of India, exploring rock-cut temples dedicated to Hindu deities. A climb of 100 steps leads to the entrance of the caves. Return to Gateway of India and begin a city tour of Mumbai. View the Maharashtra State Assembly (outside), an architectural landmark. Visit Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (formerly Victoria Terminus), a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its Victorian Gothic architecture (view from outside). Explore Dhobi Ghat, the famous open-air laundry where clothes are washed in traditional ways. Tour the Prince of Wales Museum (closed on Mondays), showcasing ancient artifacts and heritage collections. Visit Mani Bhawan, the Gandhi Museum where Mahatma Gandhi launched several independence movements; it has been converted into a museum honoring the Father of the Nation. If time permits, explore Bandra and Juhu to see Bollywood celebrity houses like Shahrukh Khan’s, Amitabh Bachchan’s, and Salman Khan’s (view from outside). Visit Mount Mary Church, an ancient basilica rebuilt in 1761 and known for its religious significance. In the evening, visit ISKCON Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna, renowned for its architectural beauty and serene ambiance. Overnight at the hotel.

Visit Basilica of Bom Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site housing the tomb of St. Francis Xavier, a 16th-century church renowned for its architectural beauty. Explore St. Cathedral, known for its grand vaulted interior, and the Church of Our Lady of Miracles and Church of Our Lady of Rosary, which showcase Goa’s rich colonial history. Visit the Aguada Fort, built by the Portuguese to guard against enemy attacks, featuring a 4-storey lighthouse, the oldest of its kind in Asia. In South Goa, explore Mangueshi Temple, an important Hindu shrine, and Shanta Durga Temple, dedicated to the goddess Durga. Proceed to Margao, the commercial and cultural hub of South Goa. Overnight at the resort.
