Day 1: Arrive Vadodara

On arrival at Vadodara airport, assistance and transfer to the hotel. Check in at the hotel and later visit Lakshmi Vilas Palace, a grand residence of the Maratha royal family known for its opulent design and expansive grounds. Explore the Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum, which houses a collection of art, sculptures, and historical artifacts from the Maratha era. Day 2: Vadodara - Kevadia (150kms)

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Kevadia, stopping to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Pavagadh-Champaner, known for its historic ruins, including mosques, temples, and forts with impressive architecture. Continue to Kevadia and check in at the tent city or hotel. Day 4: Nashik

Explore Brahmagiri Fort, which marks the source of the Godavari River, offering scenic views of the surrounding landscape. Day 5: Nashik - Aurangabad (170kms)

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Panchavati temple complex, including Ram Kund, a sacred water tank with religious significance; Kalaram Temple, dedicated to Lord Rama; and Sita Gufaa, a cave believed to be where Sita was held captive. Drive to Aurangabad, visiting Shirdi Sai Baba Temple en route, known for its spiritual significance and large following. Arrive in Aurangabad and check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Aurangabad - Ajanta (210kms round)

Take a full-day excursion to Ajanta Caves, which feature 30 rock-cut Buddhist caves with intricate sculptures and frescoes dating from the 2nd century BCE to about 480 CE, depicting various scenes from the life of the Buddha. Day 7: Aurangabad - Mumbai (flight)

Day 8: Mumbai
