Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu

On arrival at Kathmandu airport, meet with our office representative for assistance and transfer to the hotel. Rest time free and easy to relax. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu

Breakfast at the hotel. AM: Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu City. Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, a historic square surrounded by ancient temples and the Hanuman Dhoka Palace. Continue to Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, perched on a hilltop with panoramic views of Kathmandu, adorned with vibrant prayer flags and Buddhist shrines. PM: Sightseeing tour of Patan City. Explore Patan Durbar Square, famous for its intricate temples and palaces, including the Krishna Mandir and the Patan Museum. Visit the Tibetan Handicraft Center to observe traditional Tibetan crafts and purchase unique souvenirs. See the Mahabouddha Temple, an important pilgrimage site for Buddhists, known for its terracotta architecture. Tour Hiranya Varna Mahavihar, also known as the Golden Temple, a three-story golden pagoda of Shakyamuni Buddha. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Kathmandu – Pokhra (195kms/ 5hrs)

Breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Pokhara. Check in at the hotel. Pokhara: A picturesque valley nestled beneath the Annapurna Himalayan range, offering serene lakes, lush greenery, and friendly ethnic villages. Evening boat ride on Phewa Lake to enjoy views of the majestic mountains reflected in the water. Explore Lakeside Pokhara and experience the vibrant atmosphere and local shops. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Pokhara

Breakfast at the hotel. Early morning excursion to Sarangkot for panoramic views of the Annapurna range and a spectacular sunrise. Continue to Kahundanda for sweeping vistas of the surrounding landscapes. Visit the ancient fort of Nuwakot, a historical site with panoramic views and cultural significance. See Devi's Fall, a stunning waterfall where the river mysteriously disappears into a deep hole. PM: Sightseeing of Pokhara. Visit the World Peace Pagoda, a Buddhist stupa offering panoramic views of the city and the Himalayas. Tour the International Mountain Museum, showcasing the history and culture of the Himalayan region. Explore Bindhyabasini Temple, one of the oldest temples in Pokhara, dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati. See the Seti River Gorge, a deep gorge carved by the Seti River, offering a thrilling view of the turbulent waters below. Visit Gupteshwor Cave, a sacred cave with intricate limestone formations and a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Pokhara – Kathmandu (195kms/ 4hrs)

Breakfast at the hotel, then drive back to Kathmandu. Check in at the hotel. Afternoon city tour visiting: Explore Pashupatinath Temple, one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, located on the banks of the Bagmati River. Visit Bodhnath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in Nepal, surrounded by monasteries and offering a glimpse into Tibetan Buddhist life. Tour Kapan Monastery, a serene place for meditation and reflection. Enjoy the Garden of Dreams, a neo-classical garden in the heart of Kathmandu, offering a peaceful escape from the city. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Kathmandu

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Bhaktapur, one of the three medieval city-states in the Kathmandu Valley. Explore Bhaktapur Durbar Square, renowned for traditional Nepalese architecture and local life and customs. See Nyatapola Temple, the tallest pagoda-style temple in Nepal, dedicated to the Siddhi Lakshmi. Tour Dattatreya Square, known for its ancient monasteries and traditional wood carvings. Witness traditional pottery-making techniques at Pottery Square and see the artisans at work. Transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule for departure to your onward destination.
