Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Delhi

On arrival at Delhi airport, assistance and transfer to hotel for check-in. Explore Old Delhi, starting with the Red Fort, a majestic Mughal fortress and residence of emperors until 1857. Visit Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques globally, built by Shah Jahan in the 17th century. Enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk and visit Khari Baoli Spice Market, a vibrant bazaar full of spices, dried fruits, and traditional goods. Pay a visit to Raj Gath, the memorial where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated after his assassination. In New Delhi, see Humayun’s Tomb, an early example of Mughal garden-tomb architecture. Drive past the President House, Parliament, and India Gate. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi - Agra (210kms)

Breakfast at the hotel before driving to Agra and checking in at the hotel. Visit the Taj Mahal, an iconic ivory-white marble mausoleum built by Shah Jahan for his wife Mumtaz Mahal, also housing Shah Jahan’s tomb. Explore Agra Fort, the main Mughal residence until 1638, with its impressive architecture and historical significance. Day 3: Agra - Jaipur (245kms)

After breakfast, drive to Jaipur, stopping at Fatehpur Sikri. Explore Pushkar Lake, surrounded by 52 bathing ghats, and visit the Brahma Temple, the only active temple dedicated to Lord Brahma. Visit Khwaja Dargah E Sharif and nearby historical sites like Adhai Din Ka Jhonpda and Anasagar Lake in Ajmer. Arrive in Jodhpur, check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Jodhpur

Breakfast at the hotel before starting a city tour of Jodhpur, also known as the Blue City. Visit Mehrangarh Fort, a massive fortress with eight gates and a museum showcasing royal history. Explore Mandore, the ancient capital with cenotaphs of Jodhpur’s rulers built in the style of Hindu temples. Discover Jaswant Thada, a beautiful white marble memorial built in honor of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Visit Umaid Bhawan Palace and Museum, an opulent palace with a museum displaying artifacts from the royal family. Explore Mandore Temples, Gardens, and Cenotaphs, historical sites reflecting the grandeur of Marwar. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Jodhpur - Udaipur (265kms)
