8:00 AM: Pick up from your hotel and transfer to Gateway of India. Board a ferry to Elephanta Island, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore the Elephanta Caves, where the main cave, known as the Shiva Cave, features intricate carvings of Lord Shiva, including the grand Trimurti sculpture, depicting the three aspects of Shiva. The outer caves were used for Hindu worship, while the inner caves contain Buddhist relics. Shrines dedicated to Shiva’s sons, Kartikeya and Ganesh, are also notable.
